• Shipping & Delivery
• We will ship anywhere in the world. International shipping is best done via US Priority Mail, it is a good value. Delivery times for international shipments are 6 to 10 days from shipment. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of an order.



• Sales Tax
• Santa Cruz Speed & Custom charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



• Return Policy
• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Santa Cruz Speed & Custom reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Parts may be returned for a store credit less a 10% handling fee and shipping charges. In the event of a defective part we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Custom made and custom finished parts are not returnable. If there is any problem with the workmanship we will correct it at no cost.
